This website, jacquelltheapostle.com, is the personal brand and podcast website of Jacquell Lawson (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
The site collects personal information only when you choose to fill out the booking form or the podcast guest form. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your organization or church, website, or social handle, if you provide them
- Event details, such as event type, date, city, venue, and the services you need
- Pitch details, such as what you want to talk about on the podcast
We do not ask for payment information, and we do not create user accounts.
How form submissions are handled
Both forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. When you submit a form, FormSubmit delivers your information to us by email. FormSubmit’s handling of that information is covered by its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you send only to read and reply to your booking request or guest pitch. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may automatically process basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. That processing is covered by Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify you.
Cookies
This site does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies.
YouTube and social media
The site includes an embedded YouTube video and links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The video player loads from YouTube only after you tap it. Once you play a video or visit one of those platforms, your activity is covered by that platform’s own privacy policy and cookie practices, not this one.
How long we keep information
We keep form messages in our email only as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting booking or guest appearance, then delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have from you, correct it, or delete it by emailing bookme@jacquelltheapostle.com.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
