These terms of use apply to jacquelltheapostle.com, the personal brand and podcast website of Jacquell Lawson (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, including by sending spam, false information, or harmful code through the forms, or by trying to interfere with how the site works.
Content and ownership
The text, photos, logos, and other content on this site, including the Jacquell The Apostle and Say What Nih?! names and logos, belong to Jacquell Lawson or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse, or sell them without written permission.
Booking requests and guest pitches
Sending the booking form or guest form is a request only. It does not confirm a booking, a date, a fee, or a guest appearance. Any booking or appearance is confirmed separately and directly with Jacquell Lawson. You agree that the information you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Third-party services and links
The site uses FormSubmit to deliver form messages, is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and includes an embedded YouTube video and links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We do not control those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, current, or free of errors or interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jacquell Lawson is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage that comes from your use of the site or of any linked third-party site.
